1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HitClash application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
HitClash is a free mobile entertainment application that allows users to:
- Search for artists and their songs
- Create music tournaments
- Have songs compete against each other
- Discover their favorite song through an elimination system
- View their tournament history
3. Free Service with Advertisements
HitClash is a free application supported by advertisements. By using the application:
- You accept that advertisements will be displayed during use
- Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob
- Advertisements are necessary to fund the development and maintenance of the application
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the application in accordance with applicable law
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Not use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Not reproduce, modify, or distribute the application
5. Intellectual Property
The HitClash application, its design, code, and content are the property of MCS Edition. Trademarks, logos, and product names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Music content (songs, album covers) belongs to the relevant artists and labels and is provided via music APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- That the application will be available without interruption
- That the application will be error-free
- The availability of audio previews (depends on music providers)
In no event shall MCS Edition be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the application at any time
- Update these terms of use
- Modify the features offered
Significant changes will be notified via the application.
8. Termination
You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
