End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Vibe application on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Remove any proprietary notices from the Application

User-Generated Content Policy

Vibe allows users to share content including photos, messages, and profile information. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not post content that is offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• You will not use the platform to bully, intimidate, or harm other users
• Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion
• We may report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities

Content Moderation

We actively moderate content on our platform and employ various methods to detect and remove objectionable content, including:

• User reporting system
• Manual review of reported content
• Account suspension and termination for policy violations

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for using the Vibe mobile application (hereinafter "the Application" or "the Service").

Vibe is an application for connecting travelers that allows you to:

• Discover other travelers on an interactive map
• Create and share travel plans
• Communicate via integrated messaging
• Organize meetups (Flash Meetups)

Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms

Using the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.

By creating an account or using the Application, you declare that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms of Service
• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms

Article 3 - Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Application, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You can register via:

• Email address and password
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed from your account is presumed to be yours.

3.3 Profile Information

You agree to provide truthful information on your profile, including:

• Your first name
• Your photo (which must represent you)
• Your travel information

Article 4 - Use of Service

4.1 Service Purpose

The Application is intended exclusively for connecting travelers for friendly purposes and sharing travel experiences.

4.2 Availability

We strive to keep the Application accessible 24/7, but do not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

4.3 Free Service

The Application is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, which will be clearly identified.

Article 5 - User Content

5.1 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Application (photos, messages, profile information, etc.).

5.2 License

By posting content on the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display this content for the operation of the Service.

5.3 Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to post content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or hateful
• Pornographic or sexually explicit
• Violent or inciting violence
• Infringing on the rights of others
• Containing false or misleading information
• Spam or unauthorized advertising

Article 6 - Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion of your account:

7.1 Safety Tools

The Application provides you with tools to ensure your safety:

• Blocking: You can block any user. This action is irreversible and the blocked user will no longer be able to contact you.
• Reporting: You can report any inappropriate behavior or problematic content.

7.2 Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review all reports
• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or delete any account in violation
• Cooperate with authorities in case of illegal activity

7.3 In-Person Meetings

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

The Application, its design, code, features and content (excluding user content) are protected by intellectual property law.

You are not authorized to:

• Copy, modify or distribute the Application
• Use the Vibe brand without authorization
• Reverse engineer the Application

Article 9 - Limitation of Liability

9.1 Connection Platform

Vibe is a connection platform. We are not responsible for:

• User behavior
• The accuracy of information provided by users
• The consequences of meetings between users
• Losses or damages resulting from use of the Application

9.2 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Application will be available without interruption or error-free.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The Application may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content of these sites.

Article 10 - Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Application.

By continuing to use the Application after a modification of the Terms, you accept the new conditions.

We will notify you of important changes by notification in the Application or by email.

Article 11 - Termination

11.1 By the User

You can delete your account at any time from the Application settings or by contacting us. See our Account Management page for more information.

11.2 By Vibe

We may suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

11.3 Effects of Termination

After deletion of your account:

• Your profile will no longer be visible
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You will no longer be able to access your conversations

Article 12 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
